Member Of Nine Trey Gangsters Gets 45-Year Prison Sentence For Two Murders


U.S. Attorney Dana J. Boente announced Tuesday a member of the Nine Trey Gangers street gang was sentenced to 45 years in prison for taking part in two murders.

Twenty-five-year-old Anthony Foye of Suffolk, Virginia admitted to conspiring with other member to murder Vandelet Mercer, Wayne Davis, Tariq Tynes and Linda Lassiter in furtherance of his membership in the gang. He was also the driver during the shooting and helped to conceal Tynes’ body, according to court documents.


Nine Trey Gangsters is a violent street gang that operates in states across the East Coast. The gang is affiliated of the United Blood Nation.
