Into the Night Season 3 Release Dates and other Updates

After the release of two mind-blowing seasons, Into the Night is expected to release Into the Night Season 3. The good news is that the spin-off of Into the Night, Into the Deep, has finally been announced. And it will be available for streaming on Netflix in 2022.

The second installment was released recently on the 8th of September. This means fans have only had to wait for months before they can enjoy this series once more.

Into the Night is a Belgian thriller streaming television series following apocalyptic science fiction drama. It was created by Jason George. It is based on a science fiction novel The Old Axolotl written by Jacek Dukaj. Into the Night premiered on Netflix on May 1, 2020. Nevertheless, it became an instant success.

What Date can We Expect for Season 3 of Into the Night?

Though, we can surely expect the release of Season 3. But, we have no confirmation from the side of Netflix yet. There is not even a particular month that we could be looking forward to. However, we hope the show is renewed for the third season this year.

If the series is planned for a new season, it might get launched in 2022.

Will Season 3 of the Series Release on Netflix As Well?

The series was available to stream on Netflix around Western European countries like France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. We are hoping to see Season 3 on Netflix as well.

It is the first Belgian original series on Netflix. As a result, there is little competition for the Belgian market. This was one of the reasons that Into the Night became so popular after it premiered in May 2020.

Season 3 will also be a mega-hit. It will have the same amount of success as Season one and two had. Netflix is yet to reveal any information regarding a third or final season of Into The Night, but it seems likely that Netflix will renew this Belgian original series for another installment as they have done with other successful originals.

What will be the Storyline of Into the Night Season 3?

The 3rd season will likely have 6 episodes just like the first two seasons. The story of the series follows some characters who thought that their plane was hijacked. But the hijacker, Terenzio, is actually a NATO soldier.

He later reveals that they have been in the middle of an apocalypse resulting from exposure to sunlight. The survivors go around the globe into the night to prevent exposure to the sun.

The characters try to figure out what was causing the radiation. The survivors are led by Mathieu, Capelluto, the pilot, and Sylvie, Pauline Etienne, a passenger. All of them must work together to keep the sun behind them.

Season 3 will have more struggles of fuel shortage, irradiated food, hidden agendas, and others.

Will the cast of Into the Night Might Remain the Same?

In the previous seasons, we saw Pauline Etienne as Sylvie Bridgette Dubois, a former military helicopter pilot. She was the leading character in the series. We also had Laurent Capelluto as Mathieu Daniel Douek, an airline co-pilot.

Stefano Cassetti was starring as Terenzio Matteo Gallo, an Italian NATO officer. Mehmet Kurtuluş played the character of Ayaz Kobanbay, a mysterious Turkish man. Babetida Sadjo as Laura Djalo, a nurse’s aide, and Jan Bijvoet as Richard, a security guard.

Ksawery Szlenkier was starring as Jakub Kieślowski, a mechanic, and Vincent Londez as Horst Baudin, a climate scientist. These were seen through the 1st and 2nd seasons.

We hope for them to reprise their roles for season 3 as well.
