Howard County Police Identify Suspect In CVS Robbery


Howard County Police announce the arrest of a suspect connected to an armed robbery at an Elkridge CVS Pharmacy.

On November 4, officers responded to the 6400 block of Old Waterloo Road in Elkridge to investigate reported robbery. At the scene, officers spoke with an employee who had been robbed at gunpoint.


Preliminary investigation revealed a male suspect entered the CVS store, brandished a weapon and demanded case. The employee complied with the demands and the suspect fled.

Police arrested 25-year-old Jamal Johnson of Denmore Avenue in Baltimore. He was charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery, armed robbery, robbery, theft, assault and a weapon violation, according to the report.
