The Hit and Run Season 2 is an upcoming American television series created by the executive producer Lior Raz and Mike Barker. The Hit and Run show was released on August 6, 2021, with a new episode every Tuesday. It is based on the novel “Hit and Run,” which was written by James Patterson. Hit And Run Season 2  is going to be about finding his daughter after she gets kidnapped from her school bus stop in broad daylight.

Hit and run season one is a story of the Carlson family, who are out for revenge after they were given in an attempted hit-and-run. Hit and Run season two is the continuation of Hit And Run Season One.

Hit and run season one has been nominated for many awards, including three Primetime Emmy Awards that were also won by Hit And Run season one. Hit and Run Season One was so successful, with an average of 187 thousand viewers for each episode. 

The Plot

Hit And Run Season two continues where Hit And Run Season One left off – with Dara (Dana Ashbrook) at death’s door following his assassination attempt orchestrated by Mayor Anderson (Graham Shiels). As Kara (Dana Wheeler-Nicholson) and Michael (Christopher Mann) frantically search for a way to save him, the Mayor’s goons close in on them. They soon find themselves trapped with no way out.

We catch up with Dara as he struggles to recover from his injuries while Kara continues her quest for justice against Mayor Anderson who has now succeeded in becoming President of the United States. Meanwhile, we meet Danny Carlson (played by Tyler James Williams), an ambitious young man trying to make it big in Hollywood before returning home to Boston and inheriting his father’s car repair business; Cristina Carlson (Karissa Lee Staples), their daughter, who is eager to live life on.

New episodes of Hit & Run are expected to air on Netflix in late 2022 or early 2023.

What To Expect From Hit and Run season two?

Hit and Run season two will focus on the challenges of being a single parent. Hit & Run is about Kara Rivera, a woman who lost her husband in an accident that she believes was caused by Mayor Anderson’s negligence. After losing her son to his injuries from the same incident, she takes refuge with her daughter Cristina (Karissa Lee Staples) as they try to recover from their losses while continuing Kara’s quest for justice against Mayor Anderson who has now succeeded in becoming President of the United States.

Meanwhile, we meet Danny Carlson (played by Tyler James Williams), an ambitious young man trying to make it big in Hollywood before returning home to Boston and inheriting his father’s car repair business; Cristina Carlson (Karissa Lee Staples), Kara’s daughter, a driven and independent young woman who has inherited her mother’s passion for justice; Bryan Carlson (played by Tyler James Williams), Danny’s older brother.
