Havre De Grace Man Arrested In Connection With Murder Of Baltimore Woman

Baltimore, Maryland – On June 19, 2018, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested 37 year-old Michael Singleton, of Havre de Grace, Maryland, for the murder of 57 year-old Janie McCray of Baltimore.

Michael SingletonDetectives transported Michael Singleton to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with 1st Degree Murder.

Northwest District Homicide Investigation

On October 31, 2017 at approximately 2:32 p.m., Northwest District patrol officers responded to the 5400 block of California BLVD for a report of an unresponsive person.

Upon officers arrival, they located a 57 year-old female who had suffered a gunshot wound to the back and other signs of trauma to the upper body.

The victim was pronounced on the scene.

The victim has been identified as 57 year-old Janie McCray (B/F) of the 4700 block of Greenspring Drive.
