Former Manager Of First National Bank Gets 20-Month Prison Sentence For $270K Theft

Acting U.S. Attorney Soo C. Song announced Tuesday a former bank manager at First National Bank in Johnstown, Pennsylvania was sentenced to 20 months in prison for misapplication of funds by a bank employee.

Thirty-five-year-old Anna Wilson of Johnstown, Pennsylvania unlawfully took about $270,434.70 from First National Bank customers from November 15, 2015 to August 15, 2016, according to court documents.


Wilson utilized the money for her personal use. She was sentenced in federal court Tuesday. Addition to the 20-month prison sentence, Wilson was ordered to pay $270,434.70 in restitution to the Frist National Bank.
