Flasko Management, a property management firm based in Baltimore, announced Wednesday it will acquire Canterbury House Apartments in Upper Park Heights.

The deal, worth $4.6 million, will expand Flasko Management’s portfolio with the 52-unit mid-rise apartment building at 6807 Park Heights Avenue. The previous owner, Quest Management, a real estate company in Stevenson, hired a Baltimore-based real estate company to handle the deal, according to SVN REALSITE.
The 1969 apartment building, featuring one- and two-bedroom apartments, is 96 percent occupied, according to SVN REALSITE.
