It killed two people and Rittenhouse was charged with first degree intentional homicide.

Social media network was slow to remove the listing: Mark Zuckerberg

Mark Zuckerberg said that the social media network made a delay in removing the listing that had encouraged the armed civilians to go and defend Kenosha. However, he mentioned that there is no evidence that following the event page called for the incident. The event got flagged to Facebook for a minimum of 455 times.

Lt. Gov. Mandela Barnes had recently described Rittenhouse as an “outside agitator” at a press conference that was held on Thursday. Barnes even added on to it by saying, “He came in from Illinois with a long rifle and was able to just walk the streets, freely, like that’s something normal we should just come to expect.” Zuckerberg further said that the page and the event violated the policies of the company and thus, needed to be removed ASAP.
