EVRAZ Oregon Steel Laying Off Approximately 230 Employees In Portland, Oregon

EVRAZ Inc., which is doing business as EVRAZ Oregon Steel, has submitted a WARN with the Oregon Dislocated Worker Unit. It explains that the company has experienced a significant business downturn and has developed plans for a workforce reduction. The impacted facility is located at 14400 North Rivergate Boulevard in Portland, Oregon. The company anticipates that the reduction in force will begin on or around April 6, 2020.
