Double Shooting In Baltimore County Left One Injured, One Dead


Baltimore County police are investigating a double shooting that left one man dead and another injured on Wednesday.

According to the department, a planned meeting turned into a shootout between two men. The incident took place on Kent Avenue in Catonsville.

Police officers located one of the men in the 1100 block of Lisadale Circle around 3 p.m. The 17-year-old had been shot and was transported to an area hospital for treatment. His condition is not known at this time.

Violent Weekend In BaltimorePolice found another victim in the area of Queen Anne Street and Kent Avenue just a short time later. Twenty-four-year-old Christopher Alan White, of the unit block of Bonnie Doon Court, had been shot multiple times. He was transported to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center for treatment. Just after 5 p.m. he succumbed to his injuries, police said.

It was later determined both men were involved in the Catonsville shooting incident.
