Carbiz Announces The Opening Its Second Showroom In Baltimore


Carbiz, a Baltimore-based used car dealership, announced Tuesday it will be opening a new 35,000 square-feet showroom at 8751 Freestate Drive in Laurel. The dealer currently operates a flagship dealership at 6001 Reisterstown Road in northwest Baltimore.

The dealership is also searching for other sites across the Maryland-Washington-Northern Virginia region. The Laurel site is conveniently located near Interstate 95 and in proximity of Routes 1 and 32. CarMax, one of Carbiz’s biggest competitors is located in the nearby area.Carbiz offers certified used cars, in-house financing and auto loans and service, while touting a five-day return policy and “no-haggle” below-market pricing. Vehicles will also be shipped within a 100-mile radius of one of the Carbiz dealerships for free.

An estimated 200 vehicles will be on display inside the new showroom, which is located inside of a single-story industrial building. To keep customers and their children entertained while shopping, the dealership will feature foosball tables, arcade games and open meeting booths.
