After a long wait, Burden of Truth Season 5 is finally coming to Netflix on September 18th. We hope this season will continue that tradition! Will Season 5 of Burden of Truth will release?

According to a post on Facebook, the production team decided that the fourth season was a good place to end things. The team went into the season knowing it would be the last, making sure the story was wrapped properly to give us as viewers some closure.

It is certainly sad to say goodbye to a show we’ve come to know and love. This is one of those shows that tells some raw stories, delving deeply into cases because of the serialized approach. It was inclusive at the same time without ever feeling forced or for the sake of it.

What happened at the end of Burden of Truth season 4?

At the conclusion of last season, we saw that Beckbie had been shot by a stranger while Luna was in court. The tension between Diane and Taylor also reached an all-time high when they found out about their mother’s past affair with another man.

With so much happening, it does not seem like this series has ended for good. There is still more story to tell as well as some unresolved business from seasons past.

However, the mining company isn’t Joanna’s only for this season. According to the show’s official website, Joanna is also going to be forced to “confront a long-buried secret from her past” while scrambling to “protect the future of her career and her family.”
