To make an effective and germ busting hand sanitizer is to stick to a proportion of 2:1 proportion of alcohol to aloe vera. Then keep the alcohol content around 60 %. This must remain as a minimum amount which is needed to kill most of the germs.

• 2 parts of isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 
• 1 part of aloe vera gel
• Few drops of cloves, eucalyptus, peppermint or any kind of other essential oil.

• Before making hand sanitizers, take a clean space or bottle. Wipe down the counter tops with some diluted bleach solution before moving ahead. 
• Next wash up your hands thoroughly before making the process. 
• Use clean spoon and whisk. Wash the items thoroughly before using them. 
• Make sure that the alcohol base used for the process is not diluted. 
• Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until they are well blended. 
• Don’t try to touch the mixture with your hand until they are ready for use. 

There can be various combinations used for natural aroma with some dried sticks of cinnamon, pepper, aloe vera, turmeric, mint and basil leaves and many more. These are safe for hands as well as are chemical free to cause any kind of harm to our body.
