Baltimore Police Searching For Fatal Hit And Run Suspect


Yesterday, a 61-year-old woman was killed in a hit and run accident in the 2600 block of Liberty Heights Avenue. Detectives with the Baltimore Police Department are hunting for a Champaign colored Infinity. The vehicle’s model is unknown. The vehicle will likely have front end damage. It was last seen traveling northbound from the 2600 block of Liberty Heights Avenue. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Crash Team Detectives at 410-396-2606.

On August 4, 2018 just before 5 AM, Western District patrol officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of Winchester Street after receiving reports of a shooting. Once officers arrived at the location, they discovered an adult male with a gunshot wound to the head. The victim was immediately rushed to an area hospital. He is listed in critical condition.
