Baltimore Police Offer Updates On Shooting Investigations

Baltimore Police have offered updates on two shooting incidents. On September 24, 2018, 55-year-old Andre Whims was shot and killed on the 4900 block of Midwood Avenue. On the same date, 34-year-old Jerrod Williams was killed in the 1400 block of North Mount Street. Both victims were black males. On September 25, 2018 at roughly 5:03 AM, Northwest District officers were dispatched to the 2600 block of Garrison Boulevard after receiving reports of a shooting.

After arriving at the scene, officers discovered a 31-year-old female with a gunshot wound to the hip. The victim was transported to an area hospital. Citywide Shooting detectives are encouraging anyone with information to contact them at 410-396-2221.
