Baltimore Police: Man Injured In Western District Shooting


Baltimore Police are investigating a non-fatal shooting in the Western District.

Approximately 5:59 p.m. Friday, police patrolling in the 1800 block of North Fulton Street heard gunfire. While canvasing the area, police observed a silver vehicle fleeing the area. A 27-year-old man who had been shot was located a short time later. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment, according to the news release.

The victim stated the occupants of the silver vehicle had shot him. The silver vehicle was spotted in the 1900 block of Mosher Street by a police helicopter. The vehicle was found to be unoccupied.
