Baltimore Police Investigating Two Separate Sunday Shootings

Baltimore Police say two separate shooting took place Sunday afternoon, one in the Western District and the other in the Northwest District.

Approximately 6:55 p.m., police received a report of a shooting in the 2200 block of North Pulaski Street. At the scene, the responding officers canvassed the area and were unable to locate a victim.

ArrestWhile canvasing the area, officers received a call that a gunshot victim arrived at a local hospital. The 24-year-old man had been shot in the abdomen. Through investigation, officers were able to determine the shooting took place on Pulaski Street.

Approximately 7:50 p.m., police were dispatched to the 4800 block of Hadden Avenue to investigate an aggravated assault. Upon arrival, the responding officers located two 19-year-old men with superficial wounds.

Preliminary investigation revealed the men had been shot with small pellets. Officers took a 26-year-old person of interest into custody.
