Baltimore Police Investigating Shooting In Northeastern District


Baltimore Police said two men were shot in the Northeastern District Tuesday.

Around 6:55 p.m., police responded to a report of gunfire in the area near the 1500 block of East 35th Street. At the scene, the responding officer canvased the area, but could not find any witnesses or victims. A handgun was recovered when the crime scene was being processed, police said.

A short time later, police were dispatched to a local hospital where two men, a 38-year-old and 41-year old, arrived seeking treatment for gunshot wounds.

Police did not immediately release the victims’ conditions or names.
