Baltimore Police Investigating Double Shooting In Western District

Baltimore police said two males were shot in the Western District Tuesday afternoon.

Approximately 6:53 p.m., police responded to the 1100 block of Sarah Ann Street to investigate a reported shooting. At the scene, the responding officers located a 24-year-old man and 22-year-old man who had been shot.

Arrest

Both men were taken to local hospitals, were they are listed in serious condition. An investigation of the scene led to the discovery of three handguns.

A short time later, police were dispatched to a local hospital, where a 22-year-old man arrived seeking treatment for a gunshot wound to the thigh. Police believe the man may be involved in the Sarah Ann Street shooting.
