Baltimore Police Investigating Double Shooting In Northwest District

Baltimore Police say two men were shot in the Northwest District Monday.

Approximately 7:50 p.m., police responded to a reported shooting in the 5400 block of Reisterstown Road. At the scene, the responding officers found a 26-year-old man who had been shot in the face. Medics arrived to the scene and transported the man to a local hospital for treatment.

Accident Scene

While at the scene, the officers received a report of a walk-in shooting victim at a local hospital. When police arrived at the hospital, the 33-year-old man was being treated for a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

Police believe the shooting erupted after a verbal altercation that took place at a local bar.
