Baltimore Police Investigating A Violent Robbery In The Eastern District

Baltimore Police said a man was shot in the hand during a robbery in the Eastern District Friday night.

Approximately 11:45 p.m., police were dispatched to a local hospital, where a 22-year-old man arrived seeking treatment for a gunshot wound to the hand. The man told investigators he was in the 1200 block of Bond Street when an unknown suspect approached and attempted to rob him.

Accident Scene

About 4 a.m., police were dispatched to a local hospital to investigate a walk-in shooting victim. The 28-year-old man had been shot multiple times. The preliminary investigation revealed the victim might have been in the 5300 block of Beaufort Avenue, when an unknown suspect shot him.
