Baltimore Police Investigating A Shooting In The Eastern District


Baltimore Police said a man was injured in a non-fatal shooting in the Eastern District.

Around 3 p.m. Thursday evening, police responded to a report of a shooting in the 2400 block of East North Avenue. At the scene, the responding officer located a man who had been shot in the hand.

The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

The department’s Citywide Shooting Unit assumed the investigation. Detectives are asking anyone with information about the crime to contact Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-877-7LOCKUP.
