Baltimore Police Identify Victim In Conkling Street Stabbing

Baltimore police say a 38-year-old female was fatally stopped Friday afternoon in the Southeast District.

Approximately 3:52 p.m., police were dispatched to the 400 block of South Conkling Street to investigate a deceased adult. At the scene, the responding officers located the victim’s body with trauma to the chest. The body was transported to the medical examiner’s office for an autopsy.

Accident Scene

The victim was later identified as Latasha Walls, 38, of the 400 block of South Conkling Street.

Police identified the victim in an October 30 shooting that took place in the 5400 block of Bucknell Road as Dontay Parker, 26, of the 5400 block of Moores Run.

In reference to the fatal shooting on October 31 in the 5300 block of Coredelia Avenue, the victim has been identified as Robert Brown, 54, of the 8200 block of Church Street.

Other victims identified include:

  • October 31, 5400 block of California Avenue – Janie McCray, 57, of the 4700 block of Greenspring Drive
  • November 2, 5400 block of Moores Run Drive – Dimitrius Jones Jr., 31, of the 550 block of Cedonia Avenue
  • November 2, 200 block of Collins Avenue – Maurice Byrd, 31, of the 200 block of Collins Avenue
  • November2, 1200 block of Homewood Avenue – Ashley Quaster, 33
