Baltimore Police Identify Suspect In Patapsco Avenue Double Shooting


Approximately 5:35 p.m. October 7, police responded to the 400 block of East Patapsco Avenue to investigate a reported shooting. At the scene, the officers located a 46-year-old woman and 51-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds.

Alvin Devine TarverMedics dispatched to the scene transported the victims to local hospitals.

Through investigation, detectives were able to identify the suspect as Alvin Devine Tarver, 34, of the 1100 block of Darley Avenue. Tarver was charged with two counts of first-degree attempted murder, assault and multiple firearm violations.
