Baltimore Police Identify Suspect In Edmondson Avenue Stabbing


Baltimore Police arrest and charge suspect in Edmondson Avenue stabbing that took place on October 23.

Approximately 10:40 a.m., police were dispatched to the 2000 block of Edmondson Avenue to investigate a stabbing. At the scene, the responding officers located a 44-year-old man suffering from upper torso stab wounds.

Baltimore Stabbing SuspectMedics dispatched to the scene transported the victim to a local hospital for treatment.

Through investigation, police were able to identify the suspect as Taqwisha Richardson, 28, of the 4700 block of Melbourne Road. Richardson has been charged with attempted first-degree murder and multiple assault offenses.

Richardson was transported to Central Booking, where she is being held on a no-bond status.
