Baltimore Police Identify Suspect In Baltimore Street Shooting


Approximately 10 a.m. October 25, police responded to the University Hospital to investigate a walk-in shooting victim. At the scene, the officers located a 21-year-old man who had been shot in the face, arm and chest. The man was treated and later released, according to the report.

Through investigation, detectives were able to determine that the shooting took place in the 1200 block of West Baltimore Street. Witnesses helped in identifying the suspect as 23-year-old Larry Brown. A search warrant was obtained and Brown was apprehended Saturday in the 1300 block of West Pratt Street.

Brown was arrested and charged with first-degree attempted murder. He is being held at Central Booking on a no-bond status.
