Baltimore Police Arrest Two Teen Suspects In Armed Robbery


At approximately 3 p.m. January 23, Baltimore Police responded to the parking lot of Baltimore City College to investigate an armed robbery. At the scene, officers located a 17-year-old male who claimed to have been robbed by two suspects, one of which had a gun.

Accident Scene

Preliminary investigation revealed the suspects approached the victim in the parking lot, announced a robbery and took his money and vehicle, before fleeing the scene.

Officers located the stolen vehicle Tuesday in Northeast Baltimore. The two occupants of the stolen vehicle attempted to flee, but officers arrested him a short time later.

The suspects have been identified as 17-year-old Kevin McConnell Jr. and 19-year-old Kevin Flythe. Both suspects were charged with robbery, assault and theft charges.
