Baltimore Police Arrest Three Men In Connection With ‘Cannon’ Drug Shop


Baltimore, Maryland – On December 7, 2017, members of the Western District Action Team executed a search and seizure warrant at a home in the 1600 block of Bakebury Court.

Drug RaidThis search warrant came as a result of the investigation into the “Cannon” Drug Shop, and organization responsible for much of the narcotic activity and violence that taking place in and around the Gilmore Homes.

As a result of the search, the officers seized a loaded .38 caliber revolver, 1200 gel caps of heroin, 1 ounce of cocaine, 50 vials of cocaine, narcotics material and packaging, and $4000 in U.S. currency.

Officers arrested 20 year-old Damon Gray of the 1000 block of Herndon Court, 20 year-old James Chase of the unit block of E. 20th Street, and 24 year-old Kendra Evans of the 1600 block of Spray Court. Each were charged with narcotics trafficking and handgun violations.

Each are currently in Central Booking waiting to see a court commissioner.

Damon Gray, in particular, had been arrested on December 4, 2017 and charged with narcotics violations. He was released a day later on $5000 bond only to be arrested in this drug raid two days after being released.
