Baltimore County Police Investigating A Shooting At Owings Mills Hair Cuttery

Baltimore County Police say a domestic dispute escalated into a shooting at the Hair Cuttery in Owings Mills Sunday.

Police responded to a shooting at 10010 Reisterstown Road Sunday afternoon. At the scene, the officers conducted an investigation that revealed a domestic altercation escalated with the suspect pointing a handgun at an employee and firing several rounds toward his girlfriend as she exited through a rear door.

Shooting Suspect

Thirty-six-year-old Steven Scott of Framingham Road was arrested and charged with attempted first- and second-degree murder, first- and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, malicious destruction of property and multiple firearm charges.

Scott is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on a no-bond status. No injuries were reported, according to the report.
