Baltimore County Police Identify Victim In Middle River Pedestrian-Involved Collision


Baltimore County, Maryland – A man was killed last night when he was struck by a vehicle while walking on Martin Boulevard near Compass Road in Middle River.

ArrestPolice responded to the scene around 12:55 a.m. and determined that the man, identified as Jeremy Warfield McCoy (51) with no fixed address, was ​standing on the shoulder of Martin Boulevard just north of Compass Road when he was struck by a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu that crossed the white fog line. Mr. McCoy was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver, a 32-year-old Dundalk woman, remained at the scene and was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
