ArchCare At Home To Close Offices In Medford And Hampton Bays


Dominican Sisters Family Health Service, doing business as ArchCare at Home, filed a Workers Adjustment and Retraining Notification with the New York State Department of Labor on January 3. The notice indicates the nonprofit health provider will close its Medford and Hampton Bays branch offices on April 16.

ArchCare at Home provides home healthcare services to Long Island, Hudson Valley and all five boroughs of New York City.

A total of 93 employees will be impacted by the closure. Employee separations will begin on April 3 and continue through April 16, according to the filing.

Economic is cited as the reason for the closure.
