Anne Arundel County Police Investigating Double Homicide In Brooklyn Park, Victims Identified


Anne Arundel County Police said a man and woman were fatally shot in Brooklyn Park.

Approximately 4:44 p.m. Wednesday afternoon, police were dispatched to the 5100 block of Patrick Henry Drive to investigate a report of a motor vehicle accident. At the scene, the responding officers observed a silver vehicle on fire. The vehicle had struck a fence and came to rest against a garage, according to the report.

Officers extinguished the flame and found a male and female who had been shot. Medics were dispatched to the scene and pronounced the victims deceased.

Homicide detectives assumed control of the investigation. The driver of the vehicle was later identified as 34-year-old Darrell Antonio Blowe of the 700 block of Peach Orchard lane in Dundalk and the passenger was identified as 44-year-old Kesa Kibibi of the 500 block of Baltic Avenue in Baltimore.
