28-Year-Old Woman Shot In The Arm In Baltimore, Victim Identified In Unrelated Shooting


Baltimore Police say a 28-year-old female suffered a gunshot wound to the arm in a Southern District Shooting Thursday night.

Approximately 9:50 p.m., police received a report that a walk-in shooting victim arrived at a local hospital seeking treatment. At the scene, the officers found the victim who had been shot in the arm.


Preliminary investigation revealed an unidentified male suspect approached the victim, brandished a gun and began firing at her. A crime scene was located in the 1800 block of Wilhelm Street.

The victim in the Belwood Avenue shooting has been identified as Elijah Johnson, 31, of the 5400 block of Belle Vista Avenue.
