2 People Shot, 1 Fatal In Overnight Shootings In Baltimore


Baltimore police said a man was injured and a woman was killed in separate shootings overnight in the city.

Police went to the 500 block of Brunswick Street in the Millhill neighborhood around 11:35 p.m. Saturday, in response to report of a shooting. Police found a woman who was suffering with a gunshot wound to her torso and head.

The woman was transported to a local hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries. The identity of the victim and other details were not immediately available.

Police received a call about around Sunday morning at 2:34 a.m. about a shooting in the 1100 block of Whitelock Street in Reservoir Hill. An unknown suspect shot a man in the torso, police said.

He is listed in critical condition at a local hospital.
