Two separate shooting incidents in Baltimore left three people injured and one dead overnight.
Around 10:45 p.m. Wednesday, police was called to the 2600 block of Roselawn Avenue in Hamilton Hills. A man was discovered in front of a home with a life threatening gunshot wound. The 23-year-old was taken to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The victim’s name has not been released.
During an investigation of the home, police discovered a 25-year-old woman who had been shot. She was transported to a local hospital and is in good condition.
Police said the two parties were engaged in an ongoing custody dispute. A person of interest has been identified, but no other details were available at the time.
Around 3:10 a.m., a 29-year-old man arrived at an area hospital after being shot in the face.
The victim was in the 4400 block of Pennington Avenue in Curtis Bay when he was shot, police said.
The names of two victims of separate fatal shootings were released Thursday: George Thompson, 43, of the 1800 block of Bentalou, was in the 1600 block of Ruxton Avenue when he was shot on July 5. Elijah Stratton, 32, of the 3800 block of Pall Mill Road was in the 2200 block of McCulloh Street when he was shot on July 5.
