Teen discovered on Monday night in Dundalk has been identified by the Baltimore County Police.
Around 10 p.m., police responded to a call at the Eastpoint Mall, where they found an unresponsive teen. Initially, the teen was unable to provide the responding officers with his personal information.
He was transported to an area hospital, where he was treated for dehydration, but remained incoherent and was still undergoing treatment at 9 a.m. Tuesday morning, said. Shawn Vinson, Baltimore County police spokesman.
