U.S. Attorney Dana J. Boente announced Thursday two former Virginia Department of Transportation officials and three private contractors pleaded guilty to participating in a bribery scheme involving snow removal contracts.
General Dynamics Information Technology filed a Workers Adjustment and Retraining Notification with the Virginia Board of Workforce Development on October 16. The notice indicates the Fairfax-based company will close its facility in Alexandria, Virginia and lay off 92 employees.
