A “beautiful baby girl” was discovered walking alone in East Baltimore before 7 a.m. Monday.
The baby girl was found by officers at the intersection of East 20th and Wolfe streets.
Police reached out to the public for help in locating the parents. The officers said they had “exhausted every means of attempting to locate her parents.
The mother and girl were reunited around 10 a.m., according to the Baltimore Police Department.
As a precautionary measure, the child was transported to a local hospital for a thorough check-up, police said.
