Louisiana officials announced on Monday the capture of Baltimore’s “Public Enemy No. 1,” an 18-year-old who has been on the run for months.
In May, officials charged Cortez Wall in the fatal shooting of Channon Simpkins, 28. Baltimore police said he is also a person of interest in unrelated violent crimes.
The term Public Enemy No. 1 refers to someone who police believe is very violent and a danger to society.
