Maryland State Police Arrest 12 People Over Columbus Holiday Weekend

Troopers of the Maryland State Police Easton Barrack arrested 12 people, including three suspects of assault, seven drunk drivers, one suspect for unauthorized possession of a handgun and one suspect with an active arrest warrant. They also cited seven people for possession of marijuana less than 10 grams.

Twenty-five-year-old Sheldon Mychael Neighoff of Pennsylvania was discovered to have marijuana in his possession, during a traffic stop at Route 50 and Route 309 in Easton. Neighoff received a citation for possession of marijuana less than 10 grams.

A driver involved in a collision at Route 50 and Bucktown Road in Cambridge was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant. Thirty-six-year-old Christopher L. Roth of Delaware is being held on no bond status.

Twenty-one-year-old Corey Michael Cooper of Pasadena was discovered to have less than 10 grams of marijuana in his possession, during a traffic stop at Route 50 at Rabbit Hill Road in Easton. He was cited and released on his signature.

A driver identified as 19-year-old Gorge Moralez Perez of Centerville was arrested, during a traffic stop at Route 313 at Kibler Road Saturday. He was charged and arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Twenty-seven-year-old Jevon Montell Handy of Denton was arrested during a traffic stop Saturday at Route 331 at Route 578 in Preston. He was charged for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Thirty-seven-year-old Jason Harley Gauck of Denton was found to have less than 10 grams of marijuana in his possession, during a traffic stop at Route 404 at Hillsboro Road in Denton. Glover was cited and released.

Dontrell Jermaine Gabriel, 26, of Delaware was discovered to be driving under the influence of alcohol, during a traffic stop at Route 50 at Mt. Holly Road in Dorchester County Saturday. The passenger of the vehicle, 29-year-old Jevon Jeremy Smith of Delaware was cited for possession of marijuana less than 10 grams. Gabriel was arrested and cited for possession of marijuana less than 10 grams.

Michael Gary Parks, 70, of Ridgley was arrested during a traffic stop at Route 309 at Three Bridge Branch Road in Easton for driving under the influence.

Seventy-six-years-old Daniel Clement Haines of Goldsboro was arrested for driving under the influence, during a traffic stop at Greensboro Road and Old Mill Lane in Greensboro.

Torray Lapond Kale, 41, of Easton was charged with second-degree agree and arrested for violation of a court ordered ex-parte.

Thirty-nine-year-old Amanda Lee Harris of Preston was arrested for driving under the influence, during a traffic stop at Route 329 and Kitty’s Corner Road Sunday.

Nancy Marie Whitfield, 40 and James Douglas Cannon Jr., 50, both of Easton, were arrested for assault.

Twenty-six-year-old Qvonte Habarri Murray of Cambridge was arrested for driving under the influence, during a traffic stop at Route 16 and Old Stage Coach Road Monday. He was also cited for possession of marijuana less than 10 grams.

Donald Joseph Lambert, 46, of Greensboro was arrested for second-degree assault. He was later released on a $3,000 unsecured bond.

Thirty-six-year-old Donald Eugene Lewis of Greensboro was arrested for possession of a loaded handgun, during a traffic stop on Main Street in Greensboro. He was also cited for possession of marijuana less than 10 grams.

Peter Aniefuna Okemmuo, 29, of Fruitland was found to have less than 10 grams of marijuana in his possession, during a traffic stop at 2628 Todd Ville Road in Cambridge. He was cited and released.
