Man Dies After Jumping From Moving Vehicle In Westfield Annapolis

About 11:12 p.m. Friday, emergency responders were called to Jennifer Road, where they found a 29-year-old man with multiple injuries after jumping from a moving vehicle.

Frederick George Green, of Baltimore, was a passenger in a 2009 Subaru Forester, when he, for an unknown reason, opened the door and jumped, while the vehicle was in motion. The vehicle had just pulled out of the Westfield Annapolis mall at the time of the incident.

Baltimore Mayor's Office On Criminal JusticeLieutenant Ryan Frashure, Anne Arundel County Police spokesman, said Green succumbed to his injuries Sunday night.

Green was in trauma arrest after hitting his head on the asphalt. He was transported to Anne Arundel Medical Center, fire department spokesman Lieutenant Cliff Kooser said on Saturday.

Police are not treating the incident as suspicious, but it is still under investigation, Frashure said.
