Drive-By Shooting In Shipley Hill Leaves One Man Critically Injured

Baltimore Police are investigating a drive-by shooting in Shipley Hill Tuesday morning.

Around 8:40 a.m., police responded to a report of a shooting near the intersection of Baltimore Street and Warwick Avenue. At the scene, the responding officers canvased the area and located a 27-year-old man who was suffering from a gunshot wound to the neck.

The victim was taken to a local hospital, where police said he is in “serious but stable condition.”

Violent Weekend In BaltimoreThe man was driving in the unit block of South Catherine Street when a vehicle pulled up beside him. A suspect inside the vehicle pulled out his gun and opened fire on the victim, according to the preliminary investigation.
